When you come to Lake Wildwood Baptist Church you’ll find a warm, friendly group of people committed to worshiping the Lord.
As you enter from the front of the sanctuary (see photo), our ushers will welcome you with a weekly bulletin. Our Sunday Worship Service begins at 11am, so we recommend arriving at least a few minutes before.
Worship is not limited to the music, but is extended to the entire service. Our goal is to develop a “lifestyle” of true worship!
Our service is really a blend of Psalms, Hymns, and Spiritual Songs. We continue to write original music straight from Scripture — some of them word for word. We also love the hymns for their unashamed praise of God. The best of the new music is also incorporated into our Sunday morning worship time.
Public prayer and the reading of Scripture are a fixture as we see these as the norm in the first century church. The preaching is expository, verse by verse, with a blatant emphasis on personal application.
We celebrate The Lord’s Supper on the first Sunday of every month and follow that service with a fellowship meal together after church.
If you are visiting, please do not feel as though you cannot stay for the fellowship meal if you did not bring food. We want you to stay and eat so we can better welcome you and get to know you!
